✅ Selection Procedure
The SIDBI Officer recruitment process comprises three stages:
- Phase I: Online Screening Test (200 Marks)
- One paper with 7 sections, covering English, Reasoning, Quant, Computer, General Awareness, MSME, and Stream-specific topics.
- Candidates qualifying the cut-off will proceed to Phase II.
- Phase II: Online Main Exam (200 Marks)
- Two papers:
- Paper I: English Descriptive (Essay, Précis, Comprehension)
- Paper II: Stream/domain-specific knowledge (Objective & Descriptive)
- Cut-off based shortlisting for the interview stage.
- Two papers:
- Phase III: Interview (100 Marks)
- Includes weightage for extracurricular achievements (District/State/National), awards, etc., subject to valid documents.
- Psychometric/Personality Test may also be conducted before the interview.
🔍 Final Selection will be based on Phase II scores + Interview marks.
For objective type of tests, there will be penalty for wrong answers marked by the candidates. For every wrong answer marked by a candidate, 1/4 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty.
