Selection Procedure for IFFCO Apprenticeship 2024
- The selection process includes:

- Appointment Conditions:
- Successful candidates must join as Apprentice Trainees on the contract approval date.

- Tie-Breaker Rules:
- If candidates secure equal marks in the merit list (after considering decimal points), the candidate with higher qualification will be ranked higher.
- If qualifications are the same, the candidate with more marks in the preceding educational qualification will be placed higher in the merit list.
Apprenticeship training Period
Selected candidates will undergo Apprenticeship Training for a period of one year. It must be clearly understood that this is purely an offer for Apprenticeship Training for one year under the Apprentices Act, 1961 and does not guarantee employment in IFFCO.
Stipend, Pay and Allowances
Stipend and other benefits will be paid as per rules of the Organization during the apprenticeship period. Presently, the stipend is Rs. 35,000/- p.m.
