- Medical Assistant 10+2 : Candidates born between 02 January 2004 to 02 January 2008 (both days inclusive) are eligible to appear in the Recruitment Rally
- Medical Assistant Diploma/ Degree : Candidates born between 02 January 2001 and 02 July 2006 (both days inclusive) are eligible to appear in the Recruitment Rally.
Age Relaxation in compliance with the Recruitment Rules delineated by Indian Air Force Medical Assistant Recruitment 2024. candidates may qualify for age relaxation exceeding the conventional criteria. Such relaxation is contingent upon distinct conditions and is enforceable in accordance with the directives established by the competent recruitment authority.

Examination Scheme & Pattern : Indian Air Force Medical Assistant Recruitment 2024
- The Examination will be MCQs type OMR Sheet Based.
- @ 1 marks allotted to each questions
- 0.25 marks shall be deducted for each wrong answer or choosing more than one option as answer.
- Result will be declared on same day.
- Candidates are to qualify in each paper separately.

Job Tenure & Training
Enrolment shall be for an initial period of 20 years (subject to service condition) which may be extended up to the age of 57 years (subject to service conditions). Initially, candidates shall be sent for a Joint Basic Phase Training (JBPT) at designated Basic Training Institute.
Pay & Allowances
- During training, a stipend of Rs. 14,600/- per month shall be paid.
- starting gross emoluments at the minimum of scale of pay including Military Service Pay (MSP) is Rs. 26,900/- per month.
- Group Insurance Cover of Rs. 55 Lakhs at a premium of Rs. 3200/- per month for all Airmen and facility of Group Housing Scheme are also extended.
- Other allowances such as Transport Allowance, Composite Personal Maintenance Allowance (CPMA), Leave Ration Allowance (LRA), Children Education Allowance, HRA etc. shall also be admissible to Airmen, as per relevant government instructions,
- Higher Education Allowances,
- Perks such as ration, clothing, medical facilities, accommodation, CSD facilities, Leave (60 days annual and 30 days casual in a calendar year as a privilege, subject to service exigencies), Recreational facilities, transport for school going children and Leave Travel Concession (LTC)
