Selection Procedure : Indian Army TES-52 Recruitment 2024
Army Staff Selection Board (SSB): – Conducts the interview process for Army Technical Entry Scheme candidates. – The interview spans five days and includes various assessments.
Assessments: – Psychological Test, Group Test, and Interview are conducted during the five-day interview round.
Medical Examination: – Successful candidates from the interview round proceed to undergo a thorough medical examination.
Merit List: – A final merit list is prepared based on the performance in the interview and medical tests.
Training Institutions: – Selected candidates are sent to three prestigious technical institutions for training: – College of Military Engineering (CME) – Military College of Telecommunication Engineering (MCTE) – Military College of Electronics and Mechanical Engineering (MCEME).
Training : Indian Army TES-52 Recruitment 2024
Total training will be of 4 years. Details are as under:-
(a) Phase-I. Integrated Basic Military Training & Engineering Training at CME, Pune/MCTE, Mhow/MCEME, Secunderabad for three years.
(b) Phase-II. Integrated Basic Military Training & Engineering Training for one year at IMA, Dehradun or designated PCTA (Pre Commission Training Academy).
(c) Award of Degree. The candidates will be awarded Engineering degree after successful completion of 04 (four) years training. No ante date seniority will be admissible to candidates on account of this Engineering degree. During the entire training duration of four years a maximum of two relegations will be permitted on account of academic grounds in accordance with JNU Ordinance. Any further relegation on academic grounds will lead to withdrawal from training.
Commissioning after Training: Indian Army TES-52 Recruitment 2024
On successful completion of 4 years of the course training, cadets will be granted Permanent Commission in the Army in the rank of Lieutenant.
Stipend for Cadet Training
- The gentlemen cadets will be given a stipend of ₹ 56,100/-p.m.* as is admissible to NDA cadets on completion of 3 years training.
- On completion 04 years of training g, they will be commissioned in the rank of Lieutenant and entitled to pay as admissible to the rank (Level-10).
