Selection Procedure for MAHATRANSCO Assistant Engineer Recruitment 2024

Examination Pattern and Scheme

• The examination comprises tests in Professional Knowledge, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, and Marathi Language.
• Professional Knowledge includes 50 questions (110 marks) within a 120-minute duration.
• General Aptitude consists of Reasoning (40 questions, 20 marks), Quantitative Aptitude (20 questions, 10 marks), and Marathi Language (20 questions, 10 marks), totaling 80 questions and 40 marks.
• Negative Marking: Incorrect answers incur a penalty of 0.25% of the marks per wrong answer, while unanswered questions have no penalty.
• Candidates must achieve above zero marks in each test (sub test) to qualify for selection, regardless of their position in the merit or waitlist.
