Selection Procedure for RCFL Apprenticeship 2024

The selection process includes:

• Merit List Criteria:

• Merit list will be based on the percentage criteria and applicable reservation criteria as per the prescribed essential educational qualifications.
• Candidates must convert CGPA/CPI or other grades to equivalent percentage marks as per norms of their University/Institute.

• Document Verification:

• Candidates from the merit list will be called for Document Verification.
• Only after successful completion of Document Verification and contract approval of Apprenticeship on the respective portal will candidates proceed further.

• Appointment Conditions:

• Successful candidates must join as Apprentice Trainees on the contract approval date.
• Failure to join on the specified date may result in cancellation of their candidature.

• Tie-Breaker Rules:

• If candidates secure equal marks in the merit list (after considering decimal points), the candidate with higher qualification will be ranked higher.
• If qualifications are the same, the candidate with more marks in the preceding educational qualification will be placed higher in the merit list.
