Selection Procedure: UPPSC Medical Officer Recruitment 2024 : 2535 Posts
- Minimum educational qualification is not sufficient for being called for interview. Mere eligibility does not entitle a candidate to be called for interview or for selection. Intimation for interview will be sent later on.
- In case of large number of applicants for the post/ posts, the Commission may hold screening test, which will be communicated in due course of time. Under the conditions of holding screening test (Objective Type), penalty (Negative Marking) shall be imposed for wrong answers given by the candidates in the manner given below–
- There are four alternatives for the answer to every question. For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate, one third (0.33) of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty.
- If a candidate gives more then one answer, it will be treated as a wrong even if one of the given answer happens to be correct and there will be same penalty as for wrong answer.
- If a question left blank no penalty will be imposed.
